Reimbursement of costs for those with statutory health insurance or self-payers
The private practice for naturopathy has not been approved for health insurance billing services with statutory health insurances. Our medical services can only be billed to the patient under private law.
The services are billed according to the provisions of the fee schedule for doctors (GOÄ). At the start of treatment, each patient will be informed about the treatment costs incurred so they can assess the financial impact.
Reimbursement for patients with private health insurance or foreign patients
Before the start of treatment, every patient is advised that the reimbursement of the medical services charged is not, or is not fully, guaranteed by a private health insurance company or benefit agency.
